ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION
All participants of NTMUN (delegates, chairs, advisors) should fill out the Accommodation & Transportation Form by January 8, 2025. Fill out this form as soon as you have booked your hotel / confirmed where you will be staying! Doing so will allow us to provide transportation to eligible participants.
For school/group delegations, only one person needs to fill out the A&T Form. Those who registered via the Individual Delegate Form should fill out the A&T Form individually (even if you are staying at the same hotel as other individual delegates whom you consider your "group").
Failure to complete the Accommodation & Transportation Form on time will result in no transportation provided.
As we are aware that there is a shortage of suitable hotels within walking distance of the conference location (AAIA campus), NTMUN will provide transportation (buses) for the Highness Hotel only.
How will provided transportation work? For both Feb. 22 and 23, a bus will be sent to the Highness Hotel in the morning to pick up NTMUN participants and drive them to the conference location. For Feb. 22, a bus will drive participants back to their hotel after the day's schedule is over. For Feb. 23, afternoon transportation back to the hotel will not be provided.
If you plan on checking out of your hotel in the morning of Feb. 23, you are welcome to bring your luggage to the AAIA campus. On both days of the conference, NTMUN will provide secure spaces on the AAIA campus for participants to keep their belongings.
If you are NOT staying at the Highness Hotel, please fill in the A&T Form on time anyway to let us know where you are staying and we will try our best to provide transportation to and from the conference for you. However, due to logistical issues, we unfortunately cannot guarantee buses for participants not staying at the Highness Hotel.
If you are unable to book rooms at the recommended location, we encourage participants to stay at hotels close to the Highness Hotel (ex. Fullon Hotel or Four Points by Sheraton) to make arranging transportation easier.
